Moving and Delivery Guidelines
All deliveries and moving arrangements must be prearranged and approved prior to the delivery.
To avoid disruption of other tenants and guests, furniture moves and major deliveries are scheduled outside normal business hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 6:00 pm.
We request 24-hours notice in order to schedule the use of an elevator to ensure that it is made available and that elevator pads are installed. Please notify us when use of elevator is concluded.

Single / small items (e.g. photocopier, file boxes) can be delivered / picked up through the day, during non-busy hours for elevators. Please arrange by calling us (506) 635-6000.
BRUNSWICK HOUSE RESTRICTIONS
All non-pedestrian access is through the shipping and receiving door from Chipman Hill alley, leading to 2nd floor elevator access. The Main Lobby is not shipping and receiving.
Exceptions for very large goods can be approved in advance by Commercial Properties (506) 635-6000.
The Loading Zone on Chipman Hill (front of building) is for short term delivery / pickup (small items, mail and courier).
